Tenants looking for rental units buy view credits that enable them get the details of the landlord/property manager and the precise locations of their listed properties/units. Each view credit enables one to see details of one listed unit and the corresponding landlord contact details.

Each view credit costs as low as $1.80 USD
Note:
- On completing a registration, you get 2 free view credits. Need more?, simply refer a friend with each successfull referal earning you a view credit.
Landlord or property managers
There are two options for landlords/property managers i.e,
- Landlord bearing the cost: Here the landlord will pay a modest maintenance fee that depends on the total number of units managed on the platform.
- Tenants bearing the cost: Here th tenants will be through our partners (financial institutions operating with in the law) who deduct a small service fee on our behalf

This starts from as low as $1.80 USD per premise.
